Scandinavian Modern Townhouse Renovation

A residential project located in Greenview Executive Village, Quezon City, ongoing construction phase.

This is a colorful redesign of a townhouse that's home to a family of three. Since living here in the late 90's, an overhaul of the finishes, furniture layout, and cabinetry was needed to meet their evolving needs. The renovation embraces Scandinavian Modern principles, focusing on clean lines, natural light, and a functional aesthetic, all while integrating pops of vibrant color to reflect the family's personality. This was done through custom built-in cabinetry, efficient storage solutions, and a thoughtful material palette that prioritizes both beauty and practicality.
