Minimalist Studio Unit Proposal

A condominium project located in Milano Residences, Makati, ongoing construction phase.

This compact studio unit in the Philippines is cleverly designed to be a comfortable home-away-from-home for a family of four. We focused on smart storage solutions and creative small-space interventions to ensure every square foot serves a purpose, making visits seamless and serene. The minimalist finishes play a crucial role in achieving this spacious feel. We opted for a clean, neutral color palette, predominantly using crisp whites, soft grays, and warm wood tones.
