Minimalist Contemporary Design for a 4BR Home

A residential project located in Issaya Premier, San Juan, completed in 2023.

This four-bedroom home was designed with a minimalist approach, centered on warm neutral tones beautifully balanced by a play on textures and geometry. We seamlessly integrated Feng Shui principles into the design while prioritizing concealed storage. This resulted in a clean, timeless aesthetic, perfect for a family of four.
